"Baywatch" as Neely Capshaw, "The Price Is Right", Home Depot commercial, "The Young & The Restless"

A year ago gorgeous Gena Lee joined the cast of "Baywatch" in the role of conniving beauty Neely Capshaw. Last season Neely accused Matt (David Charvet) of sexual harassment; now - to the dismay of Matt's fellow lifeguards - she is rejoining the team after winning her case in court.
"Entertainment Tonight" was on hand to tape Nolin's surprise the day she was named as the newest member of the "Baywatch" cast. The 23-year-old former model was reading with series star David Hasselhoff when he held up an innertube that read: "Surprise! You got the part." 
"I saw this innertube out of the corner of my eye," Nolin recalls, "but I just kept reading my sides until someone yelled, 'Read the tube!' I was stunned. There must have been 150 people in the room. It was so touching to have that many people take the time to make that moment so special. I just broke into tears."
Three days after landing the role, Nolin was on a plane to the Bahamas for a "Baywatch" photo shoot. "It has all happened so quickly. I still can't believe it!"
Nolin grew up in Duluth, Minn., but moved with her family to Las Vegas before her senior year in high school. At the recommendation of friends, she entered and won the Miss Las Vegas contest. She quickly gained the attention of several modeling agencies, winning the Ford Agency and Elite Agency regional "Look of the Year" contests, and the Miss Barbizon USA national title.
After graduation, Nolin headed to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. Like many aspiring actors, she paid her dues waiting tables at such eateries as the Larry Parker Diner. She also attended Santa Monica College, where she studied interior design.
In 1994 Nolin saw an ad in the paper for "The Price Is Right." At the cattle-call audition, she beat out hundreds of others to win a spot as one of the game show's showcase models. "It's a great job," Nolin says. "We work three days a week, filming two shows a day with a 10-day break every two weeks. It has allowed me time to continue with my studies and auditions."
Nolin recently appeared on "The Young & The Restless," playing the part of a young model named Sandy. She also can currently be seen in a commercial for Home Depot.
When not on the set, Nolin enjoys gardening at her home in West Los Angeles which she shares with her husband of two years, her cat Milo, and her cocker spaniel Clifford.
